THE DARSHAN OF SACHKHAND (Blessing Sant Baba Jawala Singh ji)
A marriage party came to a village near Johal. Sant Baba Jawala Singh attended this party. He had reached the house of the bride on his horse. Sant Baba Jawala Singh ji was quite near to Nirmal Kutiya Johalan and thought that the village folk had given him a lot of respect. Thus Sant Baba Basant Singh ji Maharaj should also respectfully fetch him from the village by sending five Sikhs to escort him till the Kutiya.
Five Sikhs had already started for this village on the instructions of Sant Baba Basant Singh ji Maharaj. Sant Baba ji had received the news of the coming of Sant Baba Jawala Singh ji and had advised the five Sikhs, “Sant Baba Jawala Singh ji has to be given full honor and respect. All five of you will escort him walking the entire distance to the Kutiya, while he is seated on the horse.”
Among the five Sikhs sent for the purpose, Sardar Sarwan Singh was one of them. He was specially asked by Sant Baba ji to catch hold of the reins of the horse on which Sant Baba Jawala Singh would be riding.
The five Sikhs obeyed the instructions and brought Sant Baba Jawala Singh to the Kutiya with full honors. One sadhu was being taken to another Sadhu with complete reverence. The village folk were astonished to observe the respect being given to Sant Baba Jawala Singh ji. Sant Baba Jawala Singh ji realized that his honor had been kept as he wished and he thanked Sant Baba Basant Singh ji Maharaj and bowed his head in reverence.
On reaching the Kutiya, there was another divine happening. Sant Baba ji asked Sant Baba Gian Singh ji, “Santa! Escort Sahib for DARSHAN of the Sachkhand.”
Sant Baba Gian Singh ji said, “Satya Vachan.” He left to get the key to the entrance door of Sachkhand from the langar hall.
In the meantime Sant Baba Basant Singh ji Maharaj said to Sant Baba Jawala Singh ji, “Sahib! The bed you will see inside the Sachkhand was the one on which my Gurudev Sant Baba Harnam Singh ji Maharaj had rested when he came to this Kutiya.”
Sant Baba Harnam Singh ji was the Guru of Sant Baba Hari Singh ji also (Gurudev of Sant Baba Jawala Singh ji).
Sant Baba Gian Singh ji brought the key and guided Sant Baba Jawala Singh to the Sachkhand. The door was opened and the moment both the sadhus stepped inside the door was closed from inside.
While inside, Sant Baba Jawala Singh ji saw a dazzling light and Sri Guru Gobind Singh ji Maharaj on a horse. He could not bear the light and caught hold of the feet of Guru Sahib. He bowed his head in complete bewilderment. He received the ecstasy from the Graceful feet of Guru Sahib and found that the whole place was shining. It was a divine sight.
When he at last raised his head and opened his eyes, he found himself holding the leg of the bed. Sant Baba Jawala Singh ji bowed his head again in reverence feeling that his Baba Gurudev Sant Baba Harnam Singh ji Maharaj was sitting on it. He was delighted to have got the opportunity to visit the Sachkhand.
Once outside, Sant Baba ji saw him off from the Kutiya after giving him fruit Parshad and other things.
