Sardar Ravinder Pall Singh, the elder son of Giani Lakshmi Narain Singh, SSP (Retd.) came to Nirmal Kutiya Johalan to inform Sant Baba ji about the expiry of Giani ji.
Sant Baba ji said to the grieving son, “You don’t have to worry. Your father is here only.”
Sant Baba ji then instructed Sant Baba Gian Singh ji, “Santa! Go and fetch clothes for the body of Sarkar.”
Sant Baba ji gave a KARA, KIRPAN with GATRA, KACHHAIRA and GAATI cloth and advised the rites to be followed at the time of cremation.
He said, “After bathing the body of Giani ji, fresh clothes should adorn his body and he should be made to wear all these things.”
Every rite was followed as per the instructions of Sant Baba ji.
On the third day both the sons of Giani ji came to seek blessings from Sant Baba ji. The elder son narrated the events that had happened during the cremation ceremony.
Sant Baba ji said, “We had also gone there on the horse. We visited the cremation ground where the pyre was lit.”
Both sons were astonished to hear these words of Sant Baba ji and were overwhelmed as to how much love Sant Baba ji had for Giani ji. Persons living inside the cremation ground had informed them earlier that a Holy Sikh had come on a horse and visited the pyre on the first night.
